There is no denying that horse racing caregivers are our unsung heroes. Day in and day out in all weather conditions, they put their horses above themselves and can often go unnoticed. That is why the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association has decided to hold our 1st Annual PA Horse Racing Caregiver Day. The PHRA and the PA Horsemen and Breeders Associations will honor our men and women who care for the industry’s equine athletes daily.
Caregivers at each Pennsylvania track will receive a Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association Beanie Hat and a 2022 PA Horse Racing Caregiver Hoodie.

Caregivers Day At Each Track
- Parx Racing: December 14th
- Hoodies will be given to caregivers in the Rec Hall from 10am-1pm
- The Meadows: December 14th
- Hat and Hoodies will be given to caregivers in the Paddock Lounge from 12pm-4pm
- Penn National: December 14th
- Hat and Hoodies will be given to caregivers in the Track Kitchen from 7am-11am.
- Harrah’s Philadelphia: December 16th
- Hat and Hoodies will be given to caregivers in the Paddock Conference Room from 11am-3pm
