Chester, PA — In conjunction with the USTA Strategic Wagering Program, Harrah’s Philadelphia will feature $5,000 guaranteed pools on the Early and Late Pick-4 wagers every Friday throughout the month of May.
The Early Pick-4 begins in race one daily while the Late Pick-4 kicks off in race 10.
